Deep Steep Honeydew Spearmint Body Wash

I am a shower gel/body wash addict and I never stick to the same brand. I think I am fickle because I rota scents according to my moods. Some days I like scents that wake me up, other days I want to relax and then there are times when I need soothing ingredients. You may remember my review of the Deep Steep Body Mist (review link). The Honeydew Spearmint scent is gorgeous so I added the body wash to my Christmas wish list and Santa paid attention.

Deep Steep products do not contain parabens, SLS, mineral oil, artificial fragrances and chemical preservatives. They are a cruelty free company and Vegan. Here are the ingredients for this wash. Ingredients (INCI) - Organic Aloe Barbadensis (Aloe Vera) Leaf Juice, Infusion of Organic Herbs; Mentha Viridis (Spearmint) Leaf Extract, Citrus Medica Limonum (Lemon) Fruit Extract, Citrus Aurantifolia (Lime) Fruit Extract, Cucumis Melo (Melon) Fruit Extract, Coco Glucoside, Aroma (Organic and Wildcrafted Aroma Blend), Glycerin (Vegan), Caprylic Acid (Coconut Fatty Acid), Organic Butyrospermum Parkii (Shea) Butter, Tocopherol (Vitamin E) Natural, Panthenol (Vitamin B5), Organic Theobroma Cacao (Cocoa) Seed Butter, Potassium Sorbate, Citric Acid.

I am really enjoying using this body wash as the scent brings a little joy to my senses. I was concerned about whether my skin would react but I appear to be able to handle the fragrance. I recently had an eczema flare up so apply caution on that area of my body. Bubbles do not clean but this does generate a good lather despite zero SLS, so that makes me happy.

If you are interested in trying products you can track them down online in the UK. The body wash is usually price at around £8 (237ml). I have been browsing the Deep Steep website and see two new fragrances, Passion Fruit Guava and Brown Sugar Vanilla, these sound lovely and I've spotted them on Feelunique. I recently ordered the Lavender Chamomile Dry Oil Body Spritzer, it arrived yesterday and smells AMAZING.

Have you tried any products from this Deep Steep?

    1. Considering that it's imported and has good ingredients (no nasties) I think it's a great price compared to high end organic ones that are no where near as nice (my opinion of course!)

    1. It's a US brand so that's why UK stockists are limited :)

  4. I'm such a body wash junkie too! I try to limit it to only one or two open at the same time, but sometimes it's hard :) Have you tried Deep Steep's Candy Mint scent? I think they mainly just make foot products in it, but that's my favorite from them. Brown Sugar Vanilla sounds pretty tempting too!
