Bit of a random post but my BF and I decided our creative cooking skills needed some media coverage. The one on the left is mine.
It was easy to make. I used ready rolled puff pasty, spread tomato purée on top, added dried Basil, sliced tomato, grated dairy free cheese (Cheezly Mature Chedder Style) and finally I topped it off with veggie "bacon" (Redwood's Cheatin Rashers).
My BF's pastry slice is similar with a few extra toppings but he isn't a veggie nor allergic to milk so his does contains the real stuff!
