Winners of the Free From Skincare Awards 2012

Winners of the Free From Skincare Awards 2012
(not sponsored, from press release)

I mentioned the Free From Skincare Awards in my post about the Allergy & Free From Show. The awards launched this year and are run by Michelle Berriedale-Johnson editor of FoodsMatter.com and Alex Gazzola, deputy editor of SkinsMatter.com and a health writer specialising in allergies. The idea behind the awards is to encourage and reward manufacturers of free from skincare.

Q Silica Remove Make up and Grime Cleansing Gel was announced as the Best Free From Skincare Product 2012.  This is a brand I am not familiar with so I am keen to learn more about this product.  I am delighted to hear that Q Silica is an Australian brand, we all know how much I adore skincare from Down Under.  Q Sillica products are not tested on animals and free from parabens, sulphates, petrochemicals and synthetic additives.
