Organic and Natural Beauty Show at Excel London

Organic and Natural Beauty Show at Excel London

I am always a little nervous about travelling to London despite having travelled around the world. This weekend I braved the trip because I knew there would be some friendly faces to greet me the other end. I visited the Organic & Natural Beauty Show at Excel London with Alice (Bright Town Girl) and Kat (Tales of a Pale Face)

The event was small with a handful of companies, many of whom are looking for UK stockists. From a blogger prospective it was nice to network and meet people behind brands that I am familiar with.

Here are the exhibitors that caught my attention and perhaps you may wish to investigate for yourself.
  • Borealis Natural Skincare - I have reviewed for them and highly recommend the Calendula Daily Defence cream.
  • Benecos Natural Beauty - I recently became aware of this company via Skinsmatter.com. Very affordable makeup and small skincare range.
  • Bio2You - I came across this company when assisting with judging for the Free From Skincare Awards. Their products are based around the ingredient Sea Buckthorn.
  • Beyond Organic Skincare - another company I know via Free From Skincare Awards. Their most recent launch is the Age defying Range.
  • Tia & Anda - a lovely range consisting of body polish, body butter and oil. Beautifully packaged and gorgeous aromas
  • Unica 100% Natural - have been on my radar for a little while so was nice to get my hands on some products and get a first impression. I picked up a small sample of their Kiss it Better cream which is for sensitive & eczema prone skin.
  • Maya Water Facial Mist - a range of facial mists containing either Goji, Acai or White Tea
  • Eden Organic Care - a range of certified organic oils for hair and body
  • Zao Makeup - It's the packaging that catches your eye with this Organic cosmetic range as it it made with sustainable bamboo.
I'm going to be on the look out for products from these companies. Let me know if you have tried any and what you think of them. On a personal note thanks to Alice and Kat, it was a lovely girlie day out with good food and blogger chat :-)
