In my mind Sunday afternoon is the best time to bake because I have all the time in the world to mess around in the kitchen. My Mum is an awesome cook and she taught me the basic at a young age. Baking without milk and eggs is a challenge but thanks to the rise in people choosing a Vegan diet, I finally get to experiment in the kitchen and make the sweet treats I miss out on.

I discovered a Vegan Cinnamon Roll recipe on Pinterest and decided I had to try it. I love cinnamon and if you covered a brussel sprout in cinnamon sugar I'd eat a plate full. You can find the recipe on complete with pictures of each step of the cooking method. It really was very easy. You make a dough, roll it out, cover in butter, cinnamon, sugar, roll it up again and cut into pieces, allow the rolls to rise and then cook. I was so excited to eat them that I forgot to add the icing topping but I don't think that matters too much, they still tasted amazing.
