Review Nourish London Relax Soothing Toning Mist for Sensitive Skin

Review Nourish Relax Soothing Toning Mist for Sensitive Skin
The Nourish range covers four skin types - Protect for dry skin, Relax for sensitive skin, Balance for combination skin and Radiance for normal skin. All products are Organic, certified Vegan, Alcohol free and Cruelty Free. I mentioned in a recent video that I have been testing the Nourish Relax Soothing Toning Mist after previously using Antipodes Ananda Antioxidant Rich Gentle Toner. The Nourish Relax collection is formulated around lavender, an ingredient which is associated with having relaxation and anti-inflammatory properties.

Why use a facial toner? well there an in between step to your skincare routine, used after cleansing before applying moisturisers and serums. They prep your skin by getting rid of excess oil, stubborn dirt or leftover makeup. Toners should be well balanced so not to strip or dry out the skin and may target skin concerns. Application is often simply soaking a cotton pad (or reusable pad) and swiping across the face, neck and chest. On a warm summers day you may chose to keep in the fridge and use as a refreshing spritz.

"This calming toner nurtures and soothes skin prone to stress and allergic response. Lavender eases discomfort in irritated skin and encourages a healthy, fresh complexion. Carrot is naturally rich in carotene, a potent antioxidant that helps protect the skin from damage caused by stress, irritations and pollutants." (extract from Nourish London Skincare)

Nourish Relax Soothing Toning Mist is a pleasure to use and feels gently and soothing on my skin, that's why I am happy to recommend. If you'd like to following up on the Relax Collection, then hop across to my other post for the Nourish Relax Softening Cleanser
