Review Green People Scent Free Skincare for Sensitive Skin

Green People Scent Free Skincare for Sensitive Skin

Green People is a brand I have known and liked for a number of years. It is not a brand I use on a regular basis but it is one I recommend to readers especially those with sensitive skin. Green People products are not tested on animals and never contain: Sodium lauryl/laureth sulphate, parabens, lanolin, phthalates, propylene glycol, alcohol (ethyl alcohol, ethanol), harsh foaming agents, synthetic fragrances, irritating emulsifiers, PABA-sunscreen, petrochemicals, colourants, urea, DEA, TEA or PEG’S.

I was approached by Green People to take part in their April campaign which is focusing on Sensitive Skin. I received a kit from their Scent Free range which includes Cleanser, 24-Hour Cream and Eye cream. All three products have been a pleasure to use and I was already a fan of their eye cream because I think it is excellent value for money. As these products are scent free they do not contain essential oil which cuts down the chance of irritation. Each product has a netural fragrance from the ingredients in the formulation. There are some good ingredients in these products and I can tell they have been chosen with sensitive skin in minds. You will find shea butter, avocado, evening primrose, aloe vera, jojoba and squalane (from olive). The cleanser removes my makeup well and does not leave skin feeling tight or dry. I have found the moisturiser offers me enough hydration to keep dry patches away. The eye cream is soothing and creamy but without being too heavy. My one minor criticism is I like the uniformity of the packaging and it functions well but there have been a few bleary eyed mornings where I put moisturiser on my face when I actually wanted to cleanse. I did chuckle over my stupidity even more so when I kept repeating my mistake.

During April, Green People are offering 10% off the Scent Free range. If your skin is currently feeling sensitive or irritated this may offer a solution. If you like a fuss free skincare regime then I would also recommend these to you. If you prefer fragranced product, do visit the website and view the other ranges as Green People have an extensive line which covers from head to toe, for all ages. The kit I received is available to buy and contains 50ml cleanser, 50ml moisturiser, 10ml eye cream which is a good trial size to enable you to properly evaluate the performance on your skin.

Have you tried any products from Green People or are they on your wish list?
