A Free From Christmas at Holland & Barrett

dairy free, vegan, organic, chocolate, montezuma's
Christmas is once again becoming an exciting time of year for me because with the rise in free from trends there is very little I get to miss out on. I don't know about you but Holland & Barrett is fast becoming my favourite place to shop for free from treats. If you are looking for gifts and festive foods here are some ideas for you all.

Montezuma Vegan Truffle Collection*
I have had the pleasure of sampling this beautiful box of organic truffles which are suitable for vegans. These chocolates are a luxurious treat which I think anyone would be happy to receive even if they do not have dietary needs. (Note: made in a factory where dairy, peanuts & sesame seeds are used)

Moo Free Merry Moo Christmas Selection Box
Regular readers will know I love Moo Free’s award winning, dairy free, gluten free and organic chocolate. Inside this box of Mini Moos treats you will find a delicious Bunnycomb bar, a Cheeky Orange bar, a Minty Moo bar, and perhaps most importantly, a yummy chocolate Santa bar.

Cocoa Libre 8 3D Penguins Rice Milk Choc
Another one of my favourite dairy free chocolate brands. These almost too-cute-to eat chunky chocolate penguins are made with rice milk and are also free from gluten, nuts and wheat. Suitable for vegans and coeliacs.

Holland & Barrett Advent Calendars
Advent calendars are the ultimate Christmas essential, perfect for the only month when chocolate is acceptable for breakfast! Suitable for vegans and coeliacs, the free from Advent Calendars come in two varieties. One is made with no added sugar, sweetened with cocoa, xylitol and soya and the other is a delicious dairy free option with a blend of cocoa, sugar and rice powder, so no one has to miss out!

dairy free, vegan, gluten free, chocolate, mince pies, christmas, tea, yorkshire pudding

Lovemore Gluten Free Mince Pies
Christmas isn’t the same without a glass of mulled wine and a mince pie. Whether you have wheat and gluten free diet requirements or are just trying to eliminate it from your eating plan, these mouth-watering pies are a delicious festive treat. Made with shortcrust pastry and deep-filled mincemeat they contain no artificial colours or flavour.

Feel Free Christmas Puddings
Wheat and gluten-free, each pack contains two rich and luxurious puddings made with love and care to finish your perfect Christmas day menu. Spicy and sweet, they are delicious when served with an alcoholic twist flambé, cream or brandy sauce (or all three!).

Yogi Tea Christmas Collection
Pick up Yogi Tea Christmas Collection, get the kettle on and snuggle up by the fire. This unique collection of teas will undoubtedly leave you refreshed and in the Christmas spirit. Each box contains 24 tea bags which include a choice of 12 flavours including chocco, sweet chai, ginger lemon and liquorice mint.

Isabels Gluten Free Yorkshire Pudding Mix
A Christmas lunch wouldn't be the same without Yorkshire puddings piled high on your plate and these gluten-free, crisp, golden-brown beauties are very quick and easy to make.

Eat Nakd Christmas Pudding bars
Fans of the Nakd bars range will be overjoyed to see this festive variety on the shelves. Gluten, wheat and dairy free, Nakd bars are designed to be a tasty treat for those with and without intolerances or allergies. This Christmas Pudding flavoured bar is a 100% natural and combines delicious fruits and nuts, without any added sugars or hidden extras.

All products are available from Holland & Barrett stores nationwide and online. For more information of Holland & Barrett’s Free From food offering, visit www.hollandandbarrett.com

  4. It's great that there are so many free from options available now. I am planning on sending my sister the vegan Montezuma truffles box after she's had her first baby, due in January - I think she'll appreciate/need them more then, rather than at Christmas haha. xxx
