Botanical, Plant Based, Organic Shampoo for Grey and White hair

I've been on a grey hair journey for over a year, ditching my beloved hair dye back in early 2023. It started with an itchy scalp and ended with white stripes that everyone has been commenting on. I think the hardest part of the journey is confidence because there have been a few comments that I didn't accept kindly BUT I stuck with it.

So how do I look after my natural hair? I still am not about to ditch my Odylique Gentle Herb Shampoo (affiliate) but I invested in My Organics No Yellow (Purple) Shampoo. My "new" hair is behaving differently with a wiry texture but this shampoo leaves it soft and shiny. I'm hoping long term it will protect from environmental factors which can cause white hair to look yellow. I use My Organics once a week. 

So what are the best shampoos for grey hair that encourage shine and prevent yellowing? Purple shampoo is often recommended.
