Everyone has a lot on their minds and you might be struggling with sleeping just as I am. There are many suggestions for sleep aids but I've always been a fan of pillow mists. On the whole my allergic self can tolerate them in my room and on my bed linen. Aromatherapy is a holistic approach to soothing the mind, body and spirit. Essential oils are used for many different ailments and a pillow mist may help ease stress, agitation and anxiety. No one can promise a miracle but it's worth a trying a pillow mist for yourself.

Bloom Remedies Serenity Collection - the Serenity Sleep Mist first featured on my site back in 2014 (Review Bloom Remedies Serenity Sleep Therapy Set) and it has been a firm favourite for years. The packaging has changed but the product remains the same. Infused with organic floral waters and soothing essential oils that have been demonstrated to relax the nervous system and promote sleep. The blend includes ylang ylang, geranium, lavender, sweet orange, patchouli and cedarwood.

Aurelia Perfect Sleep Pillow Mist - this mist is a blend of  essential oils, floral waters and calming rose quartz. The blend includes neroli, lavender, geranium and chamomile which help relieve tensions to guide you towards a restful sleep. Aurelia also have a Sleep Time Pillow Mist for children.

Bamford Silent Night Time Pillow Mist - infused with frankincense, lavender and marjoram to soothe and relax the mind, this mist was a silver prize winner in the 2019 Beauty Bible Awards.

Bramble and Blossom Sleep Well Mist - a blend of lavender, marjoram, patchouli and chamomile flower water to promote a sense of calm to get a tranquil sleep and feel refreshed in the morning.

Kiss the Moon Dream After Dark Pillow Mist - elegant and stylish packaging make this pillow mist feel luxurious, this is a blend of french lavender, roman chamomile, bergamot and cedarwood. Alternatively you could choose the LOVE mist which is a blend of rose, palmarosa, frankincense & ylang ylang essential oils

Made by Coopers Sleepy Head Room & Pillow Mist - Made by Coopers describe themselves as a "modern apothecary crafting natural and organic products for your skin and soul" so you are in helpful hands when it comes to Sleepy Head mist. A blend of lavender, frankincense and chamomile for a blissful night sleep

Neom Organics Perfect Night's Sleep Pillow Mist - apparently this is one of Neom's top five hero products and contains dreamy essential oils with key notes of lavender, chamomile and patchouli. This is a product which over the years I have purchased this pillow mist for other people as Neom is a recognisable brand available on the high street, this is helpful to those who don't like shopping online.

It's worth browsing websites as the brands featured have other products to compliment their pillow mists such as bath salts and oils, skincare and candles. You could easily put together an evening relaxation routine to see if it helps you drift off and get a good nights sleep.
